Age requirement
RotaMate is designed for medical students and healthcare professionals. Users must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Our commitment
We are committed to preventing the use of our platform for any form of child exploitation. Specifically:
- We prohibit any content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- We prohibit the use of our platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in any form of child abuse.
- We will immediately remove any content that violates this policy and permanently ban the offending account.
How to report
If you encounter any content or behavior on RotaMate that you believe exploits or endangers a child, report it immediately by email: rotamateapp@gmail.com.
All reports are treated with the highest priority and strict confidentiality. We aim to review and act on all reports within 24 hours.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Permanent suspension of the user's account
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law
